After completing your membership, please copy your membership number and enter it on the registration page below.

If you would like for your spouse/guest to attend the Friday Banquet the cost is $125. The meal costs the SFA approximately $150 and we offer a $25 discount. To reserve the spouse/guest ticket please email [email protected] for payment details.
